Please join us, as we continue to get freedom from negative and obsessive thinking, find more ease and relaxation in life, and wake up to Now! This class includes a guided meditation, mindfulness exercises, a short talk, and a group discussion. ALL are welcome! This class is great for beginners as well as those seeking to deepen their practice. This is an ongoing, open enrollment class, so feel free to drop in anytime.
Jessica Graham teaches several weekly meditation classes in Los Angeles. She also teaches daylong workshops and instructs private clients. She has been trained in Shinzen Young’s Basic Mindfulness System and also draws inspiration from Adyashanti, Pema Chödrön, Tara Brach, and Michael A.Singer. Jessica is also a certified grief specialist, an actor, and a producer. She is the author of the upcoming book Good Sex: Getting Off Without Checking Out for Parallax Press.
