Yoga Love with Lea Lion is a deep exploration of the place where yoga and meditation meet. The union of movement and meditation engages mind and body to transform our experience and create freedom for ourselves and others. In this all-levels class open to everyone, we will awaken our energetic bodies using the tools of yoga asana, pranayama (breathwork) and meditation. Come practice an energizing flow of poses for joy, balance and prana.
