A non-dogmatic yoga class with a focus on relieving daily stress by uniting breath to movement, while receiving a well-rounded workout that develops longer, leaner muscles. Students should expect a creative approach to sun salutations, standing and seated postures, back bending, and maybe some inversions depending on the individual’s practice comfort levels. This feel good yoga class welcomes all levels.
